Anne Wetherilt awarded AOUG Chancellor Lord Asa Briggs Award for Arts

Open University OOC DTP student Anne Wetherilt is the recipient of the Association of Open University Graduates (AOUG) Chancellor Lord Asa Briggs Award for Arts. One of the main functions of the AOUG is to support The Open University in maintaining its high standards as a distance learning provider, and one of the ways they do this is for their own charity, the AOUG Foundation for Education, every year to recognise the work of Open University Research Students by presenting Awards. To be nominated for an award, students need to be a graduate of the OU and to be undertaking research which will lead to the award of a higher OU degree. Many congratulations to Anne on this achievement!
