Dora Robinson is lead writer on a submission for the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights Call for Evidence

 

This term, Dora Robinson (Cambridge) was the lead writer for the Cambridge Centre for Public Law’s submission for the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights Call for Evidence on the Government’s Independent Human Rights Act Review responding to the following question:

'Has the correct balance been struck in the Human Rights Act in the relationship between the domestic courts and the European Court of Human Rights? Are there any advantages or disadvantages in altering that relationship?’
