Jade Cuttle appears on BBC Radio 4's Start the Week

We are thrilled to share the news that OOC DTP student Jade Cuttle appeared on BBC Radio 4's Start the Week programme, on Monday 28 September 2026.

Alongside Simon Armitage, Jade discussed her AHRC-funded research placement with London's new Museum of Writing with Tom Sutcliffe. She also shared a first discussion of her upcoming Faber poetry collection, which links directly to her PhD research into British global majority nature poets. Jade also read some poetry from this book and discussed Simon's new translation of Gilgamesh.

We are delighted to hear of Jade's many recent successes, and send our warm congratulations to her on these achievements.
