This Delegate Portal contains everything you need before, during, and after the conference. We'll keep it updated as September approaches.

Note: This is a provisional schedule and there may be minor changes before the conference. However, the panel which each delegate is assigned to will not change. A final version will be circulated by email, and made available here, in September.

Travel guide

We're putting together a guide containing everything you need to know about Oxford before and during your visit. Watch this space.

Social activities

We wish to highlight the exciting selection of social activities arranged for the afternoon of Tuesday 15 September. They're listed (with timings) in the programme, but here is an overview:

  • Handling session at the Pitt Rivers Museum
  • Film screening: Soundtrack to a Coup d'État (2024)
  • Printing press workshop at the Bodleian Library
  • Oxford walking tour
  • C. S. Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien walking tour

You should have received an email from the OOC DTP with a link to a form where you can sign up for your chosen activity.

Do you have any questions which are not answered by the programme or the travel guide? Here are the best ways to get a response:

  • Before the conference: Email Rebecca at training@oocdtp.ac.uk
  • During the conference: We will communicate to all delegates on a dedicated WhatsApp group; a link to join will be sent out nearer the time. The committee will be checking the chat regularly. Alternatively, check the reception desk in the Shulman Auditorium, as one of us should be there to answer your query in person.
