About the workshop
In this session, we will look at how each of us is impacted by systemic oppression, particularly around how we make sense of the world. By using anti-oppressive, difference-centred paradigms, students can reflect on how knowledge is prioritised, accredited, and shared through the lens of systemic oppression. The session will also consider the practical impacts of conducting primary research with and reviewing secondary data about marginalised communities.
This workshop will be delivered by Lou Chiu. To find out more about Lou, please visit her website.
