About the session
This session will provide an introduction to postdoctoral research funding applications. We will cover early career funding schemes offered by major UK and European funding bodies, the process of putting together a competitive funding application, and common errors to avoid. You should take away from the session an understanding of many of the sources of information available, an overview of the current funding landscape for early career researchers in the Humanities, and some of the key skills needed for successfully pitching your research project.
This session will be delivered by Dr Andrea Thomson and Ingrid Locatelli (Research Facilitators in the Humanities Division at the University of Oxford).
