Description:
While academia is an obvious – if highly competitive – career pathway for those pursuing a research degree, the skills developed in the course of completing doctoral studies can be applied in a broad range of professional roles and sectors beyond academic research.
Delivered by Callum Buchanan (Oxford Careers Service), this session will help you to identify the skills you have developed as a research student and give you strategies for finding and exploring roles outside academia where such skills are valued.
