Jack is studying for a PhD in History at the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Dr. Martin Ruehl. He has broad interests in nineteenth- and twentieth-century German intellectual history, and his research explores Friedrich Nietzsche’s response to the social question.
Jack previously completed a BA in History and German at the University of Cambridge and an MSt in Intellectual History at the University of Oxford. His research is co-funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council and Jesus College, Cambridge.
