I am a History of Art PhD candidate at Christ’s College, Cambridge, supervised by Professor Donal Cooper. My doctoral research examines Italian Renaissance images of children within private, secular and dynastic settings. This research aims to surface both the civic and familial roles of children, situating them firmly within the socio-political context of the Renaissance and bringing the complexity and agency of their representation to light.
I completed an MA (Hons) in Art History at the University of St Andrews in 2024 and MPhil in History of Art and Architecture at the University of Cambridge in 2025.
My PhD is generously co-funded by Christ’s College, Cambridge and the OOC AHRC-DTP.
