My doctoral project examines second language (L2) acquisition of Chinese wh-fronting by native English and native Russian speakers. It aims to explore the mechanism of the multiple interfaces of syntax-semantics-discourse underlying L2 Chinese wh-fronting and to tap into both explicit and implicit knowledge in L2 speakers' grammar. My research is generously funded by Open-Oxford-Cambridge AHRC DTP Studentship - Homerton College Studentship with University of Cambridge International Fee Bursary. I previously finished my Master's degree at Peking University (China).
