I am a PhD candidate in Music at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge, supervised by Dr. Alisha Lola Jones. My research focuses on musicianship cultivated through digital music production, specifically using digital audio workstations, and examines the impact of AI on music creation. I am particularly interested in the positive implications of harnessing these technologies for musical education and training. Prior to my current pursuit, I earned an MPhil in Music at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge, and completed my undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Leeds. My doctoral studentship is co-funded by the AHRC OOC DTP and the Isaac Newton Trust.
